Questionnaires in ART-DECOR are versionable Objects that define forms with groups and enterable item fields that can subsequently be rendered as forms and populated with data. ART-DECOR Questionnaires are not native FHIR but through the FHIR endpoints of the tool, FHIR Questionnaire can be exported.

To document what ART-DECOR is supporting with regards to FHIR Questionnaires, we created this Implementation Guide to describe the elements used by the ART-DECOR Questionnaire Editor.

If a FHIR Questionnaire gets rendered and populated with data the resulting Questionnaire Response might be stored directly as a FHIR QuestionnaireResponse. As ART-DECOR is a pure defining and prototyping system in this sense, some restrictions to FHIR QuestionnaireResponses also apply. The authored fields is always propulated and the status is fixed to completed.
