  • Extension: calculatedExpression (SDC) specifies a FHIRPath expression whose result is used to populate the answer of numeric items automatically.
  • Extension: questionnaire-unit (core) attaches a (UCUM) unit (e.g. score, kg) to a numeric item for display and semantic purposes.
  • Extension: itemWeight (core) assigns a numeric ordinal value to an answer option so it can be summed in score calculations via FHIRPath expressions.
